- Ensure that the format of all files is compatible with the format of files exported by/from RWmultitool. To do so, refer to the theme developer’s information or go to RapidWeaver, open the theme and check the file extension of the images included in the theme folder. - Launch RWmultitool and choose the theme with View all images. - Open all images you want to change with save image (in this way you can save different versions of your project) or save in theme directly - Open and change all image colours with the same procedure and then save .
Cut an image before adding it to the Tool
If you want to quickly cut an image, go to OSX Preview. - Open the image in Preview mode, with the mouse select an area of the image. - Copy (command + c) - Open a new file (command + n) and save the image on disk . - Add the saved image to RWmultitool.
• Adding and editing texts with this Beta version
Option 1: Adding and editing text is not supported by this version of the programme. You can still add an image containing texts on specific background (e.g. the picture of a part of the "finder").
Option 2: You can also use the registered copy of Block2 at www.yourhead.com, create a page with graphic texts and use the graphic texts file in your RWpreview. In this way, RWmultitool also allows you to rotate your graphic texts!!.
